About Us

Who We Are

We believe and take seriously our calling to demonstrate our faith in Jesus Christ by extending the love we have received for Him, to those in need of mercy and compassion. Our focus and efforts are directed at helping children, youth and adults discover God’s purpose for their lives and the potential that they have been given by Him for true fulfillment. As members of the Mt. Zion community, we will reach out especially to those who are not experiencing Christian fellowship currently and invite them to worship with us. We dedicate all programs and activities for the building up, growth and development of the total person.

Our Mission

At Mt. Zion, we have lived and worked by the theme, “We’ve Come This Far By Faith.” We continue to dedicate ourselves to preserving our church legacy and celebrating God’s gifts. Through the times of challenge, God has stood with the faithful. It is with humility and joy we pray that God’s grace and mercy will guide us so we can leave a rich heritage for the generations to come.
